Notice for verification of original documents of eligible artist selected by the committee for providing monthly pension to artists under Ranchi district.

It is hereby informed to the general public that in the light of the Departmental Revised Resolution No. -05 dated – 27-03-2023 by the Department of Tourism, Art- Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of Jharkhand, by the Director, Culture, Directorate of Cultural Affairs, Jharkhand, Ranchi, vide letter No.-102 dated-05-06-2023, the scrutiny of the applications submitted by the best and finest sick/elderly artists of Ranchi district has been done by the committee constituted at the district level by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Ranchi in which the original documents of the selected eligible artists such as income certificate, Aadhar Card, certificate related to art-Culture and medical certificate will be scrutinized in the auditorium of Vikas Bhawan, located at Kutchery from 20 to 25^th July, 2025 from 10:30 am to 05:00Pm.
